Rally Pizza Party
We plan to hold the event on June 21st at 6:30pm in the pavilion next to Murphy arena at the Kentucky Hore Park. The purpose of this is to spread the name of the youth board and gain interest of potential board members or representatives.
The possible activities we might have available include an apple bobbing race, a crafts table, pin the tail on the pony, board games, and a gues-how-many jar of candy.
We plan for every competitor to be able to recieve a free slice of pizza, while non-competitors can get a slice for $2. Extra slices will be $2 as well. The bobbing for apples race will have admission charged.
Officers of the Youth board will volunteer to bring items needed for activities, while one person will be in charge of buying the pizza out-of-pocket. We will then pay the person back with the funds that come from the pizza night.
Flyers for the pizza night will be put up at the KHP and posted on social media.
