February meeting 2023

This meeting was held at Quiz rally with Zoom for those who could not attend in person.

Position updates:

The Secretary position is now split into 2 roles: Communications and Activities/Project Managers.

Roles of Activities/Project Managers: contact people who come up with project ideas and contact the people who come up with these ideas

Roles of Communications Managers: newsletters, emails, and communicating and engaging with members of both the board and the greater Pony Club population

Induction of New Officers:

Floor nominations were accepted for the position of president by the following individuals: Ruth R. and Aurea D.

President: Ruth Rosendaul

Vice President: William Coon

Treasurer: Abbie Beckman

Over secretary: Ella Widman

Communication Coordinators: Aurea Dove and Ellie Cheung

Project Coordinators: Lila Morgan and Lillian Seto
