This meeting was held via Zoom, but was planned very last minute to replace a planned meeting that was not held.

General Business
The plan for today's meeting, due to low attendance, was to discuss and gain opinions on subjects that may be disussed in the next meeting.
I. Championships and Festival 2024
Lilli has heard it discussed that we could do a pizza party similar to what was held at last year's Mega Rally at this years Championships (July 15-19, 2024). Champs is held at the Kentucky Horse Park this year because it is a festival year. She also heard it discuesed to do an education related activity the week of Festival. Abbie and Ellie agreed with this idea.
II. Rally Pizza party 2024
We will be holding the pizza party this year in hopes to make it an anual tradition. We discussed our goals for this year and what we can do to improve from last year. We discussed that the event needs more publicity, We tossed around the idea of collaborating with the entire board to create the poster, potentially designing it on a zoom call. There should be a QR code on the poster that will have more info on the event and more importantly how somebody can be involved with the MSYB.
III. Defender KY 3 day event
We had good discussion on what we planned on doinig at the event. We all suggested ideas, mostly based around using it as a fundraiser. The date of the event (April 15-28th, 2024) was emphasized and the amount of time we have to plan this fundraiser before then. The idea is to raffle off a gift basket with items donated by peolpe and parents of those in the MSYB. We discussed some of the needed supplies and how we would organize the raffle (Electronic randomizer, physical tickets, etc.)
We also discused having a saddle signed by USPC alumni who are competing in the show. This could be potentially raffled off at a future event like the rally Pizza party.
IV. Member selection process
We discussed the current member selection process, which hasn't quite been set in stone. We have a huge need for some members to make this board complete, and we have none as of now. There are no requirements of age, rating, or how many people are already representatives from their same club. In case we decide to set a limit, we discussed pros and cons of having the DC of that club decide versus the board deciding.
V. Interested members of Middle Tennessee Pony Club
Lilli was reminded of when she met some Pony Clubers from a different club that were interested in the Youth Board. There is a section of the website dedicated to interested people and how they can get involved.
VI. Adult advisor
Abbie suggested the addition of an adult advisor to help in organization and efficiency, wich Lilli and Ellie agreed on. Some names were mentioned of people who may already be filling the position, but don't officially have the title.
VII. Social media
Ellie and Aurea (The Communication Coordinators) have previously not had acces to the social media pages, but have a plan on how to recover the accounts.
